talad noi series

Talat Noi is a historic neighbourhood located in the heart of Bangkok, just next to Chinatown. It is worth mentioning that ‘Talat Noi’ means ‘small market’, but despite the name, there is no real market in this area. It’s a maze of narrow lanes lined with old houses, fancy coffee shops, and mechanic workshops packed to the ceiling with greasy engine parts.

canang sari series

Canang Sari are the colorful morning offerings in Bali. It is the symbol of thankfulness to the Hindu God, Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. It is offered every day as a form of thanking for the peace and balance given to the world.

Colourful and in all kinds of sumptuous shapes when alive. Mainly due to tourism and climate change, they die in abundance. The sea and tides bring them up and down to the beach, turning them into their most essential shape, simple beauty and sadness intertwined…
